2.5 Precious Computer reserves the right to withhold certification if completion criteria are not met or if any misuse is detected.

3. Fees & Payments

3.1 Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials, videos, or certificates.

3.2 All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

3.3 Precious Computer is not responsible for payment failures caused by internet issues, bank issues, or third-party payment service disruptions.

3.4 Prices of courses are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 All course fees are non-refundable once the course access has been provided.

4.2 Refunds will be considered only in case of a technical error from our end, such as:

  • Payment deducted but course access not provided

  • Duplicate payment due to system error

4.3 Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment date by contacting our official support email.

4.4 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

4.5 No refund will be provided if:

  • The user has accessed course content

  • The user changes their mind after enrollment

  • The issue is caused by user error, device issues, or internet problems

5. User Responsibilities
