1. Digital Products & Online Courses

All courses offered by Precious Computer are digital and recorded online courses. Once access to the course content, dashboard, or study material is provided, the purchase is considered complete.

Due to the nature of digital products, all payments are non-refundable.

2. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • User unable to complete the course

  • Internet, device, or technical issues on the user’s side

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

  • Lack of time or interest

3. Eligible Refund Cases (Exceptional)

Refunds will be considered only in rare and exceptional cases, strictly when the issue is caused by a technical error from our end, such as:

  • Payment successfully deducted but course access not provided

  • Duplicate payment due to a system or payment gateway error

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under an eligible case:

  • Payment details (transaction ID, date, and course name) must be provided

  • Partial refunds are not allowed under any circumstances
